Shortness of breathe after covid

Hi, He was suffering from covid last month. He have done his HRCT test also which is 0/25. Also We have done his chest X-ray which is normal. he have totally recovered from covid now no any symptoms. But y he is feeling shortness of breathe from past 1 week. Oxygen level is also 99 we check on regular basis.
