Is this something sign of serious or something else.I have been experiencing stomach fullness or something like tightness mainly after food.A sound of gurgling or burping comes to my throat from stomach and chest area.what is my most concern is that, I'm experiencing stomach pulsation like a heart is inside, mostly when I stop breathing to check if I can notice it or not.I would like to say I'm not a lean person just healthy and a little fat belly.What do you recommend doctor?What should I do as I can't go for hospital as there were lockdowns going on?...Please reply it's urgent!!
