I have shortness of breath while walking climbing stairs n while doing some physical work my throat become dry vl get neck pain back pain and after having meal I Feel heaviness in chest n shortness of breath sometimes my heart beats becomes rapid Is all this a symptom of heart problem??? Please reply m tensed

Test your blood for Hb to rule out Anemia. ECG, 2D echocardiography will be helpful to evaluate heart condition. Spirometry to be done. If there is evidence of reversibility, then ICS LABA (Foracort) to be inhaled twice daily on a long term basis. The symptoms you have mentioned are typically indicative of Asthma.
