Shortness of breath and chest pain

After continuous consumption of alcohol without proper meal for about a month I am feeling like continuous need to clean my throat and got a mild heart burn plus shortness of breath If I consume alcohol again this symptom goes away. But I am trying to leave alcohol. Help me pliz.

This rather looks like a case of alchohol dependency with withdrawal but I would like to know have you ever experienced breathing issues before this? Or have any history of seasonal allergy before?
