Shortness in breathing

I was feeling shortness of breathe since a month. It would be more at nights. I am feeling like i has to take deep breathes. Only 1 out of 10 deep breathes is satisfying me. When i try to get deep breathe and i doesn't get what i required, it was suffocating me a lot.
