Short term memory and mental fatigue

Ive been suffering from memory issues since a few months now. Before my memory used to be so sharp and after waking up i feel worn out even when I get good night sleep.Sometimes i wake up though in the midnight hours between 3 to 4am out of nowhere and also get vivid dreams with raised heartbeats. I also dont remember what I basic things I had planned the day before at times once I wake up and my eyes also looks so baggy with redness in it.Could it be due to past traumatic experiences and depression or due to some nerve damage? Im so confused. Not able to find solution. Help me.

With Your age & no clear indicators for inducing memory loss mostly it could be stress induced Try yoga or light excercise as destressor Avoid no sleep / alcohol
