U can get lasik done after evaluation of your cornea and retina.Depends on how much power u have and corneal thickness.if any retinal lesions noted they need laser 1 month before lasik surgery for cornea.side effects like dryness may be der post surgery for which u may have to put drops artificial tears long time...consult a cornea specialist for further details
