I am pregnant with twins. I have undergone first trimester screening at 11 weeks the report was normal. Even nasal bone of both feotus was visible. Now I have undergone level 2 ultrasound in that one of the feotus shows short nasal bone. I have undergone this at 18 week 5 days. The nasal bone length is 2.7 . The radiologist advised for amniocentesis but my gynaecologist said no need for further scanning as all other things are normal and level 1 report was also normal. Even I don't have any history of abnormal baby in both family. As there is risk in testing. What should I do?? Pls tell

Hi dear, U dont need amniocentesis if all other reports were normal as u say so and also believe ur gynaecologist :)

Hi. If your gynaec is not advising you then no need to do it . Since the first trimester report is normal .
