My concern is about my daughters height. Despite being 9 years , Her height is significantly less than her age group kids. My height is 5'7 and my wife is abt 5. Her height grows but it is relatively slow. Can genetics be the reason.

Genetics play important role in height and body structure. But proper evaluation is needed to know exact cause and diagnose. Just because child has less height as compared to peer group doesn't need to be considered as short stature.
