My foreskin of the Penis doesn't come down fully. When at flaccid state there is no problem. The foreskin comes down till the shaft easily but when at maximum erection the foreskin only comes down till where the head of the penis ends. If forcefully tried the Frenulum pains. When at erection less than the maximum, the foreskin comes halfway down only. Seeking your advice and assistance.

If retracting foreskin during an erection is painful, it may also cause pain during intercpirse. This may need circumcision or frenuloplasty depending on what is the culprit. Go see your family doctor or a urologist.
