Shivering and weakness

Im breast feeding mother of two month old. Yesterday night suddenly i got shivering. Even after blankets ettc. Others in room dint feel, body weakness, slightly warm body temperature too. Morning i felt better. But stil i cam feel warm body and weakness. From few days i have common cold in morning or night. So i feel lik coughing when i lie down in bed. Even though theres not much mucus on chest i feel Which medicine i cn take as im breadt feeding?? How to know if its nt covid??
