My skin is shiny not oily. The shin is all over me from head to toe my skin is shining. Maybe it is a glow. Honestly I don't know nor do I see the difference between the two. I am just curious as to why my skin has a bit of a sparkle to it. Is it healthy or is it genetics; or something else that is making me have shiny not oily skin. (?)
