I have this sore on my leg that won’t go away. It looks like a shiny translucent mole of some sort. Could this be cancerous? Is it something to worry about?

it needs to be diagnosed,may be a biopsy if needed,usually if it not growing in size or consistency it should not be cancerous,but it is better to get it checked
