I have shingles on scalp and forehead for about a week and using medication for it , cI just want to ask can I use shampoo to wash my hair ?

Generally about 10 to 15 days are needed for zoster/shingles vesicles to heal.If lesions have dried and no active lesions you can shampoo.It is advisable to meet your treating doctor in person for best guidance or take a consultation with photos.
