My girlfriend was pregnant she had miscarriage but now she always tired what can I do for her

Get a CBC and an ultrasound done to be sure all is well. Consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and some multivitamin tablets may help her if needed. Detailed evaluation and clinical examination is necessary.

Get done haemoglobin percentage.Low haemoglobin level also causes tiredness and weakness.Start to take women becosule also.Eat nutritious diet and plenty of fruits.Consult to doctor also for your weakness.
