My mother is from past 3-4 months is having low bp problem.And she is under medications however today at night her heart beats reached 120 ,what this indicates

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  When you say low blood pressure, what is the blood pressure recording? Heart beats 120 per minute is tachycardia but its insignificant without a proper histiry as there are so many cause of tachycardia.  Kindly consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
