Hello there. I can understand your concern. Is she that way since the beginning or any thing happened suddenly like that? I think you should consult a paediatrician in person for that. You can find good paediatricians near you and you can also see how much they charge for consultation. Also you can choose the doctor based on the number of recommendations and reviews.
