I have been taking shatavari capsules from organic India. My dosage is one capsule a day since 10 days from now. I want to know if this can be consumed even during early pregnancy? I have an history of 2 miscarriages

hi , yes u can consume it through out pregnancy . its safe & will provide essential nutrition . 2 miscarriage happened in past you should try to find the reason behind it .
