  4. Sharp short pain. Any test required?

From the last 2 years , i sometime feel sharp very short pain in left side of chest. Some time feel the same in right side as well... No hand oain , No swatting ... I went through ECG also it was also normal. What can be the reason of this ? Should i consult with any specialization ? Any test required ? Or I can ignore this... ?
