Sharp pain while inhaling

Hi, I am a smoker, 5 cigs a day. Recently I started having Himalaya ayurslim tablets twice a day. Today morning, I started having sharp pain on my right back just below the ribs while inhaling deeply. Also, The pain increases when I lay down and has extended to my right shoulder muscle. Please help.. M in excruciating pain.. N
