Sharp pain in lower portion of left leg

I am experiencing sharp shooting pain in the lower portion of my left leg pain Is always there 12 hrs a day And when it is not there I am able to climb three Storeys building which is quite surprising

Have shown it to a doctor. If not do it now. Might need investigations and then medication. Avoid any bending to ground and lifting wt from ground.
