Continuous light pain in ear since morning, risen to sharp pain by bight time inside the left ear, have given a pain killer( ultracet ) and otogesic ( on some doctor's advice )...but still no relief

1st visit maxillofacial surgeon (he can also do dental examination) if necessary ent specialist.
Next Steps
if pain aggraved by biting .then stop biting hard substances.dont open your mouth too much .

Hello......yoi must consult otolaryngologist(ent)specialist...pain killers will not help you in these case if you have real problem in ear.. If could impacted wax, foreign body or infection or perforation.. Don't insert sharp instruments in to ear.. Consult doctor in nearest hospital...... ......
