Sharp pain in finger

I have severe pain in left pointing finger since evening. Slight numbness & chillness are  also there. I have been taking Envas 2.5 m/n, revelol xl 25, ctd 6.25, rozavel 5, thyrox 100, Nurokind G 100 m/n & Forts B. I am allergic to penicillin & qalymeth injection. Please suggest medication.
