I have a sharp pain in my lower side. Just under my ribs from what I can feel. It's a sharp pain, mixed with dullness. It worsens when I cough to the point I end up heaving as if I'm about to be sick but nothing comes out. Not a hundred percent constant would say 50/50. Random hot flushes that come and go.
