Sharp pain after ejaculation

Dr. I am feeling sharp pain after ejaculation and i feel semen stuck like feeling while ejaculating, recently i done semen analysis it shows 6 to 8 hpf pus cells , i feel lose erection very quickly in standing position but in morning erections are good, so pls tell me what is the reason for my issue and next solution to my issue. Pls reply

Painful ejaculation with presence of pus cells in semen can be due to many causes like urethritis etc. Good morning erection is assuring for that you don't have any organic disease. Please see an urologist for evaluation and treatment.
