Sharp Genital & left lower abdomen pain

I have very bad left lower abdomen pain with sharp genital pain took many scans and test no proper diagnosis some say kidney stone but it also passed now I have 3mm and 4mm each in both kidneys doctor says it's not because of kidney stone and something keep asking to take the different test no conclusion please request a direction

Such pain may happened due to lower ureteric stone for that you need to do USG KUB or NCCT KUB.
