24 hours sharp pain from my navel down to groin area Does not feel like a urinary tract infect - I’m not passing blood and no pain associated with urination only feels uncomfortable when I hold on to my urine. I’m a 73 year old male I’m a type 2 diabetic

It's there any staining while urination ?? If it is.. Then u have to get done USG abdomen and pelvis to rule out prostatomegaly.
