Shaky feeling / earthquake-like feeling.

Most of the time when I'm in stable position esp. in bed, I feel earthquake-like feeling. Something like my whole body is pulsating. Can you help me? I don't know what kind of symptom is this hopefully nothing's wrong with my health. Thank you doc.
