Are you having this problem for quite a while or is it only for just a few days... Ask yourself whether you are taking adequate sleep.. extreme fatigue can cause mild tremolousness and can be exaggerated when you don't have enough sleep. But a good clinical examination is a must before saying it's due to fatigue. Kindly consult a doctor. Have good sleep take care
