Hi Doctor, I started observing that my palm shaking even when I try to keep it firm for a while. Is it some kind of numbness? As such I have no  health issues and nor under any kind of medication. Not alcoholic or smoking habits.please suggest. thanks...

It could be physiological in a few patients. If it is hampering your daily activities treatment can be initiated
