Hi.. In the Liver function test, my SGPT value has come out as 51. All other parameters are within range. Is the SGPT of 51 very high.. What can i take Or do to correct this.. Pls?? Thanks..

It's ok. Just drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid alcohol.
