from above values u had provided only SGPT is deranged which is a marker of liver inflamation and can have many causes starting with recent use of long term meedication to hepatittis.
if u would have shared comeplete LFT that would have been more useful in clearing this issue.
rest of the values are normal.
the sgpt can be returned back to normal with medication supplemented by dietry and lifestyle modification kindly share ur current clinical symptoms
