Just got the reports of a Health Check up. Pasting some results here - SGPT - 77 SGOT - 37 LDL cholesterol - 119 Ultrasound says - Grade1 Fatty liver I am a bit concerned. Can you please suggest what should be done next?

In view of elevated enzymes there is ongoing inflammation in the liver which showed that u have fatty liver diseases-ideally u should do liver biopsy to see extent of diseases, but u can do fibroscan
