I am 9 month pregnant and I have itching problem in whole body specially more in leg and hand and some time in face doc advice me to test sgpt after getting test it is 127 per litre what to do is any harm to my baby please help...?

At term many patients develop obstetrics cholestasis that causes deranged liver enzymes along with itching.. U cn use calamine lotion locally application for itching.. And u ll hv to be started on medications to reduce liver enzymes. Also if condition worsens ur doc may advise u early induction of labour
