I have a sexual experience once n as my hymen broke i got an injury even needed some medical attention for excessive blood loss . After that i am scared that i won't be able to perform sexually as i dont feel that aroused even during first sex n orgasm doesn't last long i feel forced while having sex and dont knw what to do.

During first sexual contact bleeding can be more.However wait for some time and once you overcome the fear you will have a normal sexual life.
