Hello. I used to masturbation since last 15 year. Now I am 30 year. Now I am not capable to intercourse. I got it's effecting me mentally n physically also. I am going to marriage in next 1 year. Requesting you please suggest any treatment so that I can enjoy my married life.

ur problem having 2 reason 1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion 2- medical as sex hormone etc better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly rather than just blind treatment
