From last 6 months even though I am drinking good amount of water I see following system 1) Foamy Dark Orange Urine,Erections are not that hard, After urinating, drops of urine leak always leak in pant. I don't get as easily as excited . consideration- I always wear loose boxers, even when I run-Cold water bathwinters

Get Urine routine and microscopic investigation done from, nearest lab. Also get Ultrasound (KUB) done. This will give you exact information about the cause and accordingly you can start Ayurvedic treatment.
