I have diagnosed with anxiety and depression sir. My doctor prescribed me. Escitalopram and mirtazapine From 3 years i am using and i am facing very delayed ejaculation.and libido Please help me and tell a solution When i need to stop medication My sexual life is very worst now

U can consult to  psychiatrist..don't worry...some medication may cause it...and there are a solution for it

Its common side effect for escitalopram not mirtazapine , do consult your psychiatrist explain your concern we have antidepressants which doesn’t have sexual side effects with be customised according to your concern

Hello I understand how distressing it must be for you. Ecsitalopram does have sexual side effects while mirtazepine has less of it. Sexual dysfunction can also be because of anxiety or depression itself or can have other multiple causes ranging from simple thyroid problems. If it's because of these drugs only, medications may need to be changed. But to know the exact cause and decide treatment accordingly, consultation is a must, so please consult a psychiatrist.

Hello I understood your problem,due to escitalopram some sexual issues will be present but for mirtazapine it is rare..so.. consult doctor directly and try to change the medication
