I'm a 25 yr old guy,when I see a women or talk , creates sexual sensation immediately in my body and feels like, I will discharge/ejaculate within seconds .And my penis also get erect just by simple touch of hand or anything . For this I started feeling guilty.Now a days when I 'm around women this sensation starts. While . For this I'm feeling very embarrassed . This problem started 20 days ago.I used to masturbate heavily past 9-10 yrs.
