I am married 1 year back. I am facing a problem of Erectile dysfunction and some times premature ejaculation. 1 week before i was in a party and drank alcohol. When i returned home and tried to make out with my wife . Initially I was erected but in between the intercourse i feel like my pennis was not erected completely. This problem is occurring from last 15 days and affecting my married life. Some times i had manforce 50 mg tablet. Kindly advise what shall i do.?
