I had sex with my wife at first time .While having intercourse blood came from her vagina it was bleeding for some time afterwards it stopped.Is it normal or any issues? Now she is afraid to have sex because of this . Kindly advise

It’s normal. However if the issues keeps on increasing then you might need to take a gynaecologist opinion. As she would be a better person to help you get your issue resolved.
