I get a severe headache and stiffness in neck, just before i reach orgasm and it last upto 2-3 days sometimes. I took Saridon but it did not work after the second headache i got. then i took Reactin 50. It worked for the first time but the pain did not vanished completely. I had sex on 23rd November and after orgasm the pain started on the left side of my brain and it is still there, though it is very mild.
