Thanks for asking. Well yes,  sex with commercial sex workers is always risky for transmission of sexually transmitted infections. The use of contraceptives such as condoms would certainly reduce the risk, however it is never 100% safe. It is not advisable since buying sex is demeaning and what you get is an artificial response. Plus the risk of STD including aids is always there inspire of condom use.
