My penis is not getting tight, its bend towards down, some times there is smell near to that and i can see red patches around that, sperm is not thick its like water

Hello,,, oveasturbation or too much sexual intercourse can cause these symptoms ..pennis will not be straight always it bends and its common ..semen may be wateryy in consistency because sperm production takes time .. If you still not able mate with your partner consult sex specialist.
