I'm having problem of tight foreskin of penis it covered my head of penis coz of that I'm unable to pull back my foreskin of penis it gives pain when i try to pull back my foreskin forcefully.. so my questions are:- 1. Should I do a circumcision surgery? Is it possible at the age of 21? 2. If i don't do circumcision then will be any problem occur in future while having sex?
