I will not sleeping from last 3 days due to sevier dooth pain I can't above to drink in water

You seem to have a cavity which is deep and near the pulp (tooth nerve). See a dentist immediately and get examined. If the cavity is deep, then a root canal has to be done followed by a crown (cap).
Next Steps
No point in suffering. Pain killers will act temporarily. Go to a dentist and it sorted.
