Severely Burning Testicle.

Hello, doctor. Since two days I have a severe, continuous burning sensation in my right testicle. I had undergone left varicocelectomy 5 weeks ago, and have since been taking continuous medication for pain. I had also suffered from Balanoposthitis for two weeks post operation, and it recently got reduced. Please let me know if it's anything serious, and if I need to consult the doctor immediately. Thank you.
