Hi, I am suffering from back pain badly since yesterday. I tried move, omnigel but not helpful. Pls suggest some medicine. I even can not sleep properly.

You can yake a yab paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for 2 days. For local application take a diclofenac/menthol gel preparation.  Take a muscle relaxant like metaxolone 400 mg twice daily for next 2 days. I'm sure you'll be fine after a coiple.of doses.
