Please visit a dentist so that he can evaluate the case and prescribe the medications accordingly based on whether the infection is localised to the tooth only or involves the gums also. Medications will only provide temporary symptomatic relief and unless objective treatment is done the symptoms cannot be alleviated permanently. And you should also avoid self medication as it can do more harm than good.
Roughly speaking, if it is infection around the wisdom tooth it will require the extraction of the offending tooth and this treatment should not be delayed further.
