Severe Upper back pain while sleeping.

Hello I delivered twins 5 months back and from last 2 months I m having severe upper back pain every night it was irregular but now it's paining every night . It goes away when I m up and moving but really hurts at night hence I am not able to sleep at night. What should I do ?

It is mostly postural. Take care of your back and neck when you are upright,if the problem persists still you need to consult a Orthopaedic doctor.
